Tropism (LJ Annex)

In the ongoing adventures of River, the world's most perfect baby (I admit some small degree of bias), his latest trick appears to be.... sleeping through the night! Nine hours straight last night. Eight the night before (and that was the day he got shots, and we had to give him medicine for the resulting low-grade fever!). Seven hours a night for about a week before that, with the exception of one night where he only went about five hours. Having two full nights to sleep has done amazing things to my psyche. I feel great. It's remarkable how one's standards can change -- it used to take a lot more than simply getting rest to make me this happy!
